Manager L&D - Chubb External Careers

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Senior Specialist to manage design, development, and delivery of learning interventions for Chubb Business Services India (CBSI).

• Design, develop, and deliver learning interventions for Chubb Business Services India (CBSI)
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify training gaps and propose learning solutions
• Collaborate with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning interventions with business objectives and KPIs
• Manage end-to-end program delivery of all learning interventions in Bengaluru office
• Develop, monitor, and track learning program budgets, timelines, and implementation plans
• Evaluate and report out effectiveness of learning interventions and take appropriate actions for improvement in future deliveries
• Facilitate/Deliver/Manage all Professional, Leadership, and Behavioral learning interventions in Bengaluru office
• Build rapport and connect with key business and HR stakeholders in all Chubb offices (Bengaluru – Hyderabad – Bhubaneswar)
• End-to-end Vendor Management for learning interventions

• Master’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design or related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in learning and development
• Strong design experience including creating best-in-class presentations, videos, GIFs, and other collaterals for impactful learning interventions
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and latest learning tools and technologies for content creation
• Excellent business communication, interpersonal, and project management skills (learning delivery)
• Ability to work with velocity in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities, and hard deadlines
